Coach 101 is a two-day, in-person foundational coaching training introducing you to the core competencies of professional coaching in a practical, supportive environment.

Whether you are exploring a career in coaching, developing leadership capability, or wanting stronger communication skills, this training equips you with tools you can apply immediately — both professionally and personally.

No prior coaching experience is required.

Time: 9:00am – 1:30pm (both days)

Your Facilitator
Coach 101 is facilitated by Sophia Grobler, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and licensed InnerLifeSkills trainer with over 10 years’ experience in coaching and coach education. Sophia teaches with warmth, clarity, and professional rigour. Her approach blends ICF standards, emotional intelligence, and relational depth to create learning environments that feel safe, engaging, and transformative.
