As part of your Level 2 formation, you will be equipped to confidently work across four major coaching domains:

• Life Coaching

• Enneagram Coaching

• Business Coaching

• Executive Coaching

 

Rather than narrowing prematurely into a rigid niche, you will learn how to adapt and design coaching engagements that serve your clients at the highest level — across both personal and professional landscapes.

Beyond Technique: Professional Formation

 

This programme is not limited to skill acquisition.

 

It supports you in developing:

• Coaching presence and depth

• Ethical alignment with ICF standards

• Reflective practice

• Professional confidence

 

You will also receive guidance in developing your coaching brand or business organically — without rigid niche selection or formula-driven marketing. Instead, you will learn how to build adaptable coaching solutions grounded in competence and credibility.

Programme Structure & Commitment

 

The pathway is delivered across approximately 10 months in a structured, progressive format.

 

Participants can expect:

• Weekly live online training sessions

• Structured coaching practice

• Ongoing mentor coaching integration

• Clear milestones toward evaluation readiness

 

You should expect approximately 3–4 hours per week of live sessions, with additional time for practice, reflection, and coaching hours.

 

The pacing is designed to support depth, integration, and genuine professional readiness.

Investment

 

The founding May 2026 cohort investment is R72,000.

 

This investment applies to participants completing the full Level 2 pathway from the beginning.

If you have previously completed ICF-accredited training hours (with me or another accredited provider) that may count toward Level 2 requirements, your pathway structure — and investment — will be adjusted following review.
