Say Coach was founded in 2021 by Sophia Grobler as a Coaching Certification Company that specialized in 1-on-1 coach training, but since then has evolved to include facilitating group coaching and training for businesses and leadership, online globally and in-person throughout South Africa.

Through a network of highly experienced and distinguished coaches, Say Coach is able to provide premium services at competitive prices that fit with your unique needs, timeline, and schedule.

Sophia's Story

I started coaching straight out of university. Shortly after graduating from the University of Cape Town, I met an InnerLifeSkills coach and, out of curiosity, I went for a coaching session with her. I was astounded. I couldn’t understand how I had gotten so much insight without her giving me advice. Fascinated, I wanted to learn how it worked. She directed me to InnerLifeSkills and I was hooked after my first class. From there, I studied to become an ILS Master Coach, after which I practiced as an Enneagram Relationship Coach for several years before becoming an ILS faculty member in 2018 and then founding Say Coach in 2021. I discovered a love of teaching equal to my love of coaching, and have been teaching and certifying new coaches as well as continuing with my coaching practice ever since.
